Don’t bother trying Cake Weight Loss System by ‘Jennifer Walker’ because it is a scam! In this review you’ll find out all you need to know about this product and why you shouldn’t waste your money and time on it. So let’s begin!
Cake Weight Loss System was created in October 2016 but relaunched earlier this year as ‘Cake Weight Loss 2.0’. It basically claims to have the ‘one secret ingredient’ that has the power to melt belly fat. This ‘secret ingredient’ is allegedly used by celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Paula Deen and Wolfgang Puck in their cakes to supposedly help their ‘A list clients’ ‘activate’ their extraordinary belly fat melting system ‘before leaving the breakfast table.’
The video presentation begins with a very bad voice acting scene about a man cheating on his wife because she was too fat. & days later, this wife (who is Walker’s mother Mary) eventually finds an Oprah.com article that states that a study found that a dessert-at breakfast group lost 38 more pounds per person on average than a traditional dieter. Walker then tries to attribute this finding to some special ingredients found in cake. But as you will soon find out in this review, it’s all a farce!
In total, Mary allegedly lost 68 pounds in 8 weeks using this program.
Now to the fun part. Why is Cake Weight Loss System a scam?
1. Jennifer Walker Does NOT Exist!
We are told that the author of Cake Weight Loss System is Jennifer Walker. Her alleged credentials include:
- Won ‘over 5’ national fitness bikini competitions
- ‘A double Master’s degree in certified nutrition’
- Master trainer
- Master body sculptor
The scammers went a step further by claiming with a photo that bodybuilding icon Arnold Schwarzenegger himself raised Walker’s hand on stage when she won her fifth competition, and that moment was when she knew that her ‘cake fat burning nutrition recipe was something special.’ In other words, she used Cake Weight Loss System to win the competition.
Pretty solid resume, if only it were true. This is because the woman whose hand Schwarzenegger is raising is NOT Jennifer Walker, but India Paulino. According to BodyBuilding.com (where the original photo is posted), that was her second win. And according to her official website, she’s a 3-time champion.

So we are dealing with a liar with a fake resume. Surprised? You won’t be after seeing the real people behind this scam.
Fun Fact: Voice actor used in this video presentation the same one used in Red Tea Detox and Red Smoothie Detox Factor.
2. Real Author of Cake Weight Loss is A Known Scammer
After glancing through the affiliates section of Cake Weight Loss System, I had every cause to believe that I’ve figured out the person behind this product. He’s no other than Wesley ‘Billion Dollar’ Virgin.
This guy is responsible for the most popular weight loss scams out there. His scam products include:
- Fat Diminisher
- Red Smoothie Detox Factor
- The 2 Week Diet
- The 3 Week Diet
- The 4 Week Diet
- Red Tea Detox
- Fat Decimator
Knowing this, it’s pretty easy to see why I came to this conclusion. In the affiliate section, the testimonial section features the authors of the above mentioned programs. All of them except Wesley Virgin are stock photos (i.e. do not exist). Also, in the affiliate section of Fat Decimator, Virgin outed himself as the mastermind behind the 3 Week Diet and Red Tea Detox.
This is yet another reason why you should stay away from this product.
3. Fake Testimonials With Stolen Photos
Unsurprisingly, all the testimonials used in Cake Weight Loss System are photos stolen from several websites. For example,
- ‘Barbara S.’ is actually a popular before-after photo that has been featured in several websites. According to TheWeightWeWere.com, the woman in the photo said she lost weight using Paleo diet.
- ‘Joe C.’ is another popular testimonial photo that has been extensively used in weight loss scams. In fact, it was used in the Flat Belly Overnight scam under the name Jarod.
Not much to say here. Moving on.
4. Twists Blog Article to Sell Scam
Like I mentioned earlier, Cake Weight Loss was apparently inspired by an Oprah.com article that reported on a scientific study. The scammers made it look as if Mary stumbled upon a ‘breakthrough’ after reading the article. But what the article is basically saying is that people who were given a rich, balanced breakfast lost weight better than those whose breakfast calories was restricted.
Here is the bottom line of the article:
Previous research suggests that an energizing dose of protein at breakfast leads to a greater sense of satiety than protein consumed at either lunch or dinner. And topping off the A.M. meal with dessert might provide a rush of serotonin (the “happy” chemical) that diminishes cravings for the rest of the day.
…
Hannah El-Amin, a dietitian and diabetes educator at Chicago’s Northwestern Integrative Medicine, believes this strategy could work for any woman, whether she’s looking to lose ten pounds or 100. “Dieters assume that the key to weight loss is having the willpower to suffer through hunger pangs,” El-Amin says. “But most dieters fail. What they’re missing is a feeling of satisfaction.” To prevent relapses, El-Amin advises eating meals that are not only balanced but also gratifying. Data from the Israeli study bears out her theory: The dessert-at-breakfast subjects had significantly less desire for sweets and fatty foods during the day than the subjects on the more traditional diet.
How does this translate to ‘secret ingredient’ found in cake for weight loss? The above article has common knowledge I even emphasized in The 3 Week Diet review. Nothing special to warrant buying a scam supposedly based on it. You’re better off having a balanced, satisfying breakfast instead!
Final Conclusion: DON’T BUY Cake Weight Loss System. It is A SCAM!
