Don’t waste your time and money trying Fat Flusher Diet supplement by one ‘Sharon’ because it is a scam! This supplement is primarily targeted at men and women over 40, and claims to be an ‘African Fat Flushing Secret’ that was discovered by accident after a near-tragic incident at the Zambezi river. But by the time you finish reading this review, you’ll be left with no doubt in your mind that we are dealing with a sham product. So without wasting any more time, let’s begin!
Fat Flusher Diet supplement was launched in June 2019. According to Sharon, this supplement helped her shed a total of 97 pounds in 3 months without any diet and exercise. She also credits the supplement for helping her overcome the stress and depression that came to being in an ‘abusive relationship’.
What Fat Flusher Diet Supplement Will Supposedly Do For You
Apart from weight loss, Sharon claims that this ‘breakthrough weight loss discovery’ in Fat Flusher Diet has been shown to:
- Calm high blood pressure
- Reduce bad cholesterol
- Ease pain
- Lower blood sugar
‘All it takes is 10 seconds each morning before breakfast to experience this weight loss’, she says, adding that if you’re struggling with fat at your love handles, the Fat Flusher Diet ‘attacks this type of fat buildup at the source.’ She then boasts that over ‘27,779 people so far’ have used Fat Flusher Diet to lose weight.
According to her, the ‘easy-as-pie trick’ you need to do is to pop a capsule of her supplement every morning before breakfast. According to her, studies show that people lost an average of 19.2 pounds, reduced body fat by 40% and trimmed 3.4 inches of their waist using Fat Flusher Diet.
Backstory of Fat Flusher Diet
Sharon says that she was having marital problems due to her increasing weight (despite all efforts to lose weight). She also supposedly developed high blood pressure, prediabetes and depression. Then she started getting verbally abused by her husband because of her weight…and eventually stopped getting intimate with her.
The trip to Zambezi River was supposed to help their marriage but instead, the trip ended up doing the opposite. You see, it was her idea to go on the trip, and her husband had earlier protested, saying that it’s not a good idea since she’s ‘too big’ and ‘can’t swim’. So after their boat got smashed by a riptide, throwing them into the river, she sank below the current and her ex-footballer husband couldn’t hold on to her due to her size and weight. Oddly enough, it was during this chaos that her husband announced that he would leave her ‘once this is over.’ Sure enough, he left her as soon as they got back from the trip. Heartless man!
Sharon eventually lost her grip on her husband and was carried away by the powerful rapids and current. Had it not been for her life jacket and helmet, she would have died. Thankfully, she was eventually rescued by some group of locals with a rope. She was then carried into the village on a stretcher, and placed in a hut away from her husband ‘to heal’.
The ‘African Fat Flushing Secret’ Discovery (Active Ingredient of Fat Flusher Diet)
One day, an elderly man came visiting Sharon. After she told him what happened, this elderly man reached into his ‘small leather pouch’ and pulled out ‘what looked like “red grapes” still attached to the stems.’ He ground up three of these ‘grapes’ and added them to a cup of tea, which he gave her to drink twice a day for her pain.
The next day, Sharon woke up to discover that she had ‘lost a few inches off her waist and her bruises and swollen joints significantly healed. The miracle senior returned that same day and gave her three more of the grapes to use in her tea. The next day, her belly had become even ‘flatter’.
The following day, the old man returned and she begged him to tell her the name of the miracle grapes. He laughed and said it was a ‘secret’, but as he left, the interpreter wrote down the name ‘Namunungwa’ and gave it to her. She kept taking the grapes he left behind though, and kept getting slimmer every day until they eventually left the place.
Long story short, Sharon meets one ‘Dr James’ who links her up with an unknown ‘company’ secretly researching the strange grape and keeping it away from the ‘big pharma’. The trio then partner up to bring us Fat Flusher Diet in a supplement. Three months later, she’d lost 97 pounds, moved in with a new guy named Tom, and is living happily ever after.
Now to the question many of you may be asking now:
What is ‘Namunungwa’?
‘Namunungwa’ is actually a type of vine native to Africa and some parts of Asia (especially Thailand). Its scientific name is Cissus quadrangularis.
All parts of this plant are used in traditional medicine to treat various disease conditions including diabetes, obesity, hemorrhoids, joint pain and metabolic syndrome. It also supposedly has anti-inflammatory effects. However, there is little to no evidence of this plant actually being effective in treating these conditions.
As for weight loss, there are some studies showing that extracts from Namunungwa caused weight loss in some people. But according to WebMD, ‘many of these studies are low to moderate quality and lasted for only 6-10 weeks.’ Longer term, larger studies are needed to establish the effectiveness of this plant in combating obesity.
Science Behind Fat Flusher Diet
According to Sharon, Time Magazine says that there’s a ‘silent killer’ in your body that ‘instructs…fat cells to consume the food you eat, even if it is healthy, just to grow in size.’ In other words, the ‘silent killer’ is ‘rerouting’ all your food to the fat cells ‘just like cancer cells’. According to her, this ‘silent killer’ has been linked to other diseases, including
- Heart disease
Sharon also claims that the ‘silent killer loves omega-6 fatty acids’ and so, it is the ‘number one worst food to eat.’ She even claims without evidence that Time magazine calls omega-6 fatty acids ‘public enemy number one’.
Sharon goes on to say that this ‘silent killer’ is ‘worse than eating McDonalds 7 days per week,’ ‘smoking cigarettes every day’ and ‘sitting at a desk for 10+ hours.’ If left unchecked, she says, the ‘silent killer leaves a path of destruction’ that will make it difficult for you to lose weight and place you at risk for developing fatal diseases. And no amount of dieting and exercise will save you.
But don’t fret, says Sharon. If you use her ‘breakthrough’ Fat Flusher diet every morning before starting your day, you’ll experience weight loss and increased metabolism. In fact, she claims that ‘the longer you’ve struggled with your weight, the faster you can experience a slimmer belly because your metabolism will make up for lost time. Then she claims that users of her Fat Flusher Diet supplement lost ‘between 7 and 17 pounds in their first week alone, plus 3 inches around their waist.’
How Much Does it Cost?
A bottle of Fat Flusher Diet supplement costs $69. There are also two other plans:
- 3-bottle plan for $159
- 6-bottle plan for $279
The supplement also comes with a 60-day moneyback guarantee. But unlike other scams I’ve exposed here, you can get your money back if you decide to return the product within the guarantee period.
Now to the fun part. Why is Fat Flusher Diet a scam?
1. The Author Does NOT Exist!
Sharon says that she’s a 57-year old former athlete. Apart from that, there’s no other information about her. However, she provided us with before-after photos of herself … but her ‘after’ photo is actually a stock photo you can buy from Shutterstock.com, Adobe Stock…
I wasn’t able to trace the origins of the other two photos but it doesn’t matter at this point. What matters is that the current Sharon represented in the ‘after’ photo is NOT her, cementing the fact that she does NOT exist. So what does this mean? The long backstory regarding this supplement never happened, ‘Dr James’ doesn’t exist and we’re being lied to!
2. Fake Testimonials With Stock Photos
The video presentation of Fat Flusher Diet is littered with testimonials. Few of them are accompanied by photos and surprise … they are all stock photos:
- ‘Janet’, who supposedly lost 38 pounds and reversed her fibromyalgia symptoms, is actually a stock photo you can buy from Adobe Stock, iStock, Dreamstime, 123RF and Alamy;
- ‘Curtis’, a ‘pastor’ from Louisiana who supposedly lost 5 inches off his waist ‘while getting his doctor off his back’ is actually a stock photo you can buy from Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Dreamstime, 123RF and Alamy.
So what does this mean? Simple. Fat Flusher Diet supplement does NOT work! If it did, then the scammers wouldn’t resort to using stock photos – which are shot using photo models – as testimonials.
3. The Scientific Basis is Basically Wrong, Non-Existent
Throughout the presentation, Sharon kept telling us about one ‘silent killer’ that is wreaking havoc on our body and keeping us from gaining weight by ‘rerouting’ all the food you eat to your fat cells. She also called omega-6 fatty acids ‘the number 1 worst food to eat’ because the ‘silent killer loves’ them. Of course, she failed to tell us what this ‘silent killer’ really is but from experience, I know for certain that she’s referring to chronic inflammation.
Sure, it’s not news that chronic inflammation is responsible for weight gain and other deadly diseases that typically develop in people over 40 years old. But the idea that chronic inflammation ‘rerouts’ all the healthy food you eat to your fat cells is wrong and has no basis in science. And sure enough, Sharon didn’t provide any scientific citation to back up her claim.
Secondly, Sharon’s claim that omega-6 fatty acids are bad for you is wrong. Now while it’s true that some omega-6s are pro-inflammatory, scientists are yet to prove it and so far, it remains a theory.
Finally, Sharon claims that she received studies stating that Fat Flusher diet boosts serotonin levels and helped people lose at least 19.2 pounds, reduce body fat by 40% and trimmed 3.4 inches of their waist. She also cited several human clinical trials of the supplement with incredible results, but didn’t provide any links to where they are published (no evidence). In fact, none of her claims is accompanied with any verifiable evidence.
Final Conclusion: DON’T BUY African Fat Flusher Diet. It is A SCAM!

This supplement is rife with scammy advertising and the video is a nightmare to watch. There is no option to skip parts of the video or even a text version of the site for those who prefer to read. On top of that, the video is very long … I felt tortured watching it!
Also, the affiliate page of the website shows that the person behind this product is one Gary Watson. This is the same guy behind the product Fat Burning Fingerprint Diet, which currently resides in my Whitelist. However, I review health products based on their individual merits so Fat Burning Fingerprint will not be removed from my Whitelist because of Fat Flusher Diet.
