Beach Ready Bites (aka Yumm Beach Ready Bites) claims to be the supplement that will help you ‘melt away’ your excess fat in no time. According to Amy, she used this supplement to lose 46 pounds of excess fat. She claims that this supplement will ‘reprogram’ the food you eat so that it gets burned off by the body instead of getting stored as fat. It doesn’t matter if your weight gain is caused by genetics or background, she says. All you have to do is take two of the Beach Ready Bites every day and see the fat melt away. And the best part? You don’t have to give up your favorite foods or do any exercise!

So how did she discover this miracle supplement?

Backstory of Beach Ready Bites

Amy tells us the familiar story of how her 11-year-old daughter got mercilessly bullied in school because her mom was fat. She claims that she was still carrying around 46 pounds of pregnancy fat 11 years after delivery and was struggling to lose it. Of course, she tried everything under the sun – diet, exercise, intermittent fasting, you name it – to no avail. The straw that finally broke the camel’s back was when one fateful Thursday, her daughter’s teacher, ‘Mrs. Miller’, invited her to school just to inform her that the children stole her daughter’s sandwiches because they didn’t want her to be as fat as her mother. Horrible!

Coincidentally (or conveniently), Mrs. Miller happened to be a previously overweight woman like Amy, but now she’s slim and younger than her age. Of course, she too experienced the same ordeal as Amy, and also tried everything under the sun to lose weight to no avail. Not until she made a ‘breakthrough’ after she discovered a Facebook group where people were talking about a ‘nutrient’ celebrities like Madonna and Katy Perry were using to lose weight.

The group was also talking about a ‘Dr. Sterling’, who reportedly is ‘behind more than 100 of the largest health clinics across America’ and is famous for helping women of all colors and backgrounds to lose weight using the ‘nutrient’. In fact, it would have taken Mrs. Miller 18 months to secure an appointment with this doctor but she was lucky to secure a personal appointment with him within just a week. It was during this meeting that Dr. Sterling told her the cause of her weight gain (more on that later) and gave her Beach Ready Bites, which she successfully used to lose weight.

Mrs. Miller then gives Amy a ‘tub’ of Beach Ready Bites and shocker … she too lost weight with it. Overjoyed by this weight loss miracle, Amy got Dr. Sterling’s phone number and managed to convince him to share his miracle supplement with the world. And here we are today with Yumm Beach Ready Bites supplement.

Okay.

So what’s the science behind this supplement?

Science Behind Beach Ready Bites Supplement

According to Dr. Sterling, the reason why you can’t shed your excess weight is because you have a malfunctioning amylase enzyme. For those who don’t know, amylase is an enzyme that is produced in the salivary glands and the pancreas. Amylase is needed to digest carbohydrates.

Dr. Sterling claims that researchers from Harvard discovered that diet is not the main factor that drives weight loss, but a functioning amylase enzyme. When amylase fails to do its job, the body responds by secreting ‘a tidal wave’ of insulin, which then converts the carbs to fat and stores them, leading to weight gain. This, Dr. Sterling continues, is a huge problem because the enormous surge of insulin brought on by amylase malfunction makes it ‘virtually impossible’ to lose any excess fat. Excess fat, in turn, ‘flatlines’ your amylase level and so, you’re basically left with little to no amylase to digest any carbs you eat if you’re overweight. According to Dr. Sterling, the solution to the whole problem is to get your small intestine to produce more amylase. This is because amylase produced in the mouth is destroyed by stomach acids.

So how does Beach Ready Bites come in to save the day?

How Beach Ready Bites Works

Beach Ready Bites supposedly works by delivering amylase to your body. According to Amy, Dr. Sterling had figured out how to protect amylase from getting destroyed by stomach acids … and he did it thanks to his discovery of ‘a category of living nutrients’ that can survive the acids. Beach Ready Bites also has a particular ‘living nutrient’ that can allegedly boost your amylase level up to ‘395%’. However, neither Amy nor Dr. Sterling bothered to tell us the names of the so-called ‘living nutrients’.

Anyway, let’s look at the Beach Ready Bites label to see which ingredients are in Beach Ready Bites, shall we?

Ingredients of Beach Ready Bites

According to the label, the active ingredients of Beach Ready Bites include

  1. Lactobacillus paracasei
  2. Lactobacillus salivaríus
  3. Sugar
  4. Sodium

From this, we can deduce that the ‘living nutrients’ that will supposedly deliver amylase to your intestines are Lactobacillus paracasei and Lactobacillus salivaríus.

How Much Does it Cost?

A bottle of Yumm Beach Ready Bites costs $59. Two other packages are available:

  • 3-bottle package at $126.99
  • 6-bottle package at $174

These packages come with a supposed ‘180-day moneyback guarantee’ but in my experience exposing scams, it’s all hogwash. Your best bet is to file a credit card dispute to get your money back.

Now to the fun part. Why is Beach Ready Bites a scam?

1. The Author (Amy) Does NOT Exist!

Amy says that she’s a 41-year-old woman with ‘no fancy degrees’ who lives in Houston, TX with her husband and three children. However, that’s a lie because her supposed before-after photos are actually stock photos you can buy from Adobe Stock, Big Stock Photo, Shutterstock …

Amy, author of Beach Ready Bites, does not exist.

This proves beyond any reasonable doubt that Amy is not a real person and her backstory never happened. Huge red flag!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Dr. Sterling is actually a real person. He is the founder of an Idaho-based weight loss clinic known as Dynamic Fat Loss. Although his clinic’s BBB profile states that they sell ‘nutrition products’, I couldn’t connect him directly to Beach Ready Bites Supplement. Let me know if he’s indeed behind it or not if you have the info.

2. The Scientific Basis is Misleading

From the presentation, the scammers behind Beach Ready Bites gave off the impression that low amylase level (hypoamylasemia) is the main reason why you can’t lose weight. This is highly misleading. First of all, having a low amylase level is a rare occurrence that happens to people with serious disorders such as morbid obesity, cystic fibrosis, and diabetes. In this case, Amy was struggling to shed pregnancy fat, which is not serious enough to have been caused by low amylase levels. Secondly, one of the causes of low amylase is the overconsumption of carbs, meaning that despite Dr. Sterling’s claims, diet plays a major role in boosting your amylase level and hence, your weight.

 3. The ingredients are Useless for Weight Loss

Looking at the ingredients of Beach Ready Bites, I can confidently tell you that they are pretty useless for weight loss. As I stated in my Nucific Bio-X4 review, there is insufficient evidence proving that probiotics cause weight loss in obese people. L. paracasei and L. salivarius are probiotic bacteria that may be useful for healthy living. But they cannot cause significant weight loss as claimed by Beach Ready Bites. You are better off using a balanced diet and exercise to lose weight, instead of relying on any probiotics to do the job!

Final Conclusion: DON’T BUY Beach Ready Bites. It is a SCAM!
