Don’t waste your time and money trying Alive weight loss supplement by ‘Thomas Miller’ because it is a scam! This supplement is no different from all the common weight loss supplement scams and in this review, you’ll find out why I said this. So let’s begin!
Alive weight loss supplement was launched in around November 2020. It claims to have a ‘5-second breakfast trick’ that was ‘perfected by a celebrity health specialist’, which he used to lose 113 pounds. He goes on to claim that his supplement will address the ‘root cause’ of weight gain, stabilize your hormones, boost your metabolism and even take care of ‘virtually every other health issue you’ve been dealing with too.’ Mr. Miller claims that his wife Jenny used this supplement to lose ’72 pounds’ of belly fat. transforming her life in the process. He goes on to claim that his Alive supplement contains specials ingredient from ‘a once “lost city” in the Brazilian rainforest’ and Africa, which will end your food cravings and incinerate belly fat 14 times faster respectively.
Of course, there is a sob story behind this miracle supplement so let’s briefly talk about it, shall we?
Backstory of Alive Supplement
Mr. Miler begins by telling us the familiar sob story of how his wife Jenny put on the extra fat after pregnancy and how she suffered physically and mentally because of it. However, what finally sent her over the edge was when her little daughter remarked, ‘But even mommy’s shadow is fat.’
Poor Jenny!
After spending a lot of time lamenting his wife’s predicament, how she tried every diet under the sun and failed … and how doctors were of no help to her, Miller eventually informs us that Jenny resorted to doing the research herself in order to find the ‘root cause’ of her weight issues. Of course, her research led to failure, frustration, and even more disappointment in the health industry.
Sometime later, Mr. Miller met one ‘Mike Hamilton’, who his high school invited to speak to students on why not to do drugs. After hearing him comparing drug addiction to weight gain, Miller decides to meet up and talk but alas … Hamilton was gone. Luckily, he was able to meet up with Hamilton later and proceeded to tell him about his wife’s weight loss woes. Hamilton later lectures him about the root cause of weight gain (see next subheading), gives him the ingredients, as well as instructions on how to use them. That’s how Jenny lost 72 pounds and cured all her health problems. Now he wants you to transform your own life by buying his supplement.
Cool.
Science Behind Alive Supplement
According to Mark Hamilton, the root cause of weight gain has nothing to do with your metabolism or ‘your stomach’. Instead, the root cause of weight gain is the activity of dopamine in your brain.
Hamilton explains that dopamine ‘is a chemical in your brain that makes you feel good.’ For this reason, it is closely associated with addiction, as substance abusers like drug/alcohol addicts condition their brains to ‘crave’ dopamine.
Hamilton goes on to claim that following diets is hard because you’re basically addicted to certain unhealthy foods, and your brain ‘freaks out’ if it doesn’t get its dopamine rush from such foods. That’s why you can’t stick to a diet – and ‘it’s not your fault’ when you eventually give in to your cravings. To him, stabilizing your body’s dopamine levels is the first step to curbing food cravings and eventually, ensuring weight loss.
But don’t fret, says Hamilton, because with the ‘5-second ritual’ contained in his Alive supplement, you’ll be able to conquer your junk food addiction and better regulate your dopamine levels. Then in combination with diet and exercise, you’ll lose weight.
Okay.
Now let’s look at the miracle ingredients, shall we?
Ingredients of Alive Supplement
The ingredients of Alive weight loss supplement include
- Kucha tea leaf
- Green Coffee Bean Extract

- Bioperine

The manufacturers of this supplement didn’t bother providing the ingredients label like other supplements. In fact, Mr. Miller didn’t even mention most of them by name when he was hyping their effectiveness in stabilizing dopamine levels and causing weight loss. The secrecy behind disclosing the ingredients should give you an idea of the kind of scam we’re dealing with!
How Much Does it Cost?
A bottle of Alive supplement costs $69. There are two other plans:
- 3 bottles at $59 each
- 6 bottles at $49 each
The bigger plans come with ‘free shipping’ and a ’60-day money-back guarantee’ but if I were you, I won’t bother going directly to Mr. Miller for a refund. Instead, I’ll go directly to the supplement’s retailer (Clickbank) to get my money back.
Now to the fun part. Why is Alive weight loss supplement a scam?
1. ‘Thomas Miller’ is A Paid Actor (Does NOT Exist)
Thomas Miller says he’s a high school science teacher who lives with his wife Jenny and four daughters in a suburb near Houston, Texas. Apart from that, we have no other information about him. Don’t bother finding out because, on the website, we are told that Thomas Miller is a pseudonym ‘for privacy purposes.’ This is a big red flag when it comes to marketing health products like this because it indicates that whoever is behind it doesn’t want to be held accountable should anything bad happen to you as a result of taking the supplement. Besides, I’m pretty sure that the man in the video calling himself Thomas Miller is a paid actor because I see his likes all the time. The same goes for the woman posing as his ‘wife’ in the video.
If you’re still in doubt that we are dealing with a paid actor, the next finding will convince you. Trust me!
2. ‘Mark Hamilton’ Does NOT Exist!
Remember Mark Hamilton, the so-called motivational speaker who revealed to Thomas Miller the root cause of weight gain and the supplement ingredients? Recall that in the video, Miller claimed that Hamilton showed them an old photo of himself looking very obese:
Well, it turns out that the supposed photo of obese Mark Hamilton is actually a stock photo you can buy from Getty Images. This proves beyond any doubt that he does NOT exist!
So what does this mean?
- Thomas Miller and his wife do NOT exist
- The backstory and everything else about this supplement is based on lies
Are you convinced now?
3. Exploits Scientific Information to Sell Scam
According to Miller, the real reason why you can’t lose weight is because of addiction to certain foods caused by increased dopamine levels in the brain … and all you have to do is to ‘stabilize’ your dopamine level with the ‘5-second breakfast trick’ found in his Alive supplement. Now while it is true that unstable dopamine levels can lead to weight gain, Miller is making it look like it is the main cause of weight gain, which is both false and a gross oversimplification. What is actually going on here? Miller is exploiting facts about dopamine to craft a suitable narrative for his supplement. On a normal day, this wouldn’t be a big issue. But in this case, we are dealing with a scam full of lies!
Final Conclusion: DON’T BUY Alive Weight Loss Supplement. It is A SCAM!
